OpenClaw Rigs collects only the information needed to run the waitlist, process ebook purchases, deliver what you bought, and follow up when fulfillment needs a human hand.
What we collect
- email address
- waitlist source or signup path
- purchase and fulfillment metadata, such as product, timestamp, and payment status
- basic site and webhook records needed to operate the service and troubleshoot failures
How we use it
- send the ebook or related purchase follow-up
- confirm waitlist signups and launch updates
- track fulfillment status and fix delivery problems
- keep basic business and accounting records
Processors and infrastructure
Payments and checkout are handled by Stripe. Email delivery may be handled by Mailgun. Site hosting, edge delivery, and storage may be handled by Cloudflare. Those providers receive only the information needed to perform their part of the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run checkout, fulfillment, email delivery, storage, and operational notifications.
Retention
We keep records for as long as they are reasonably needed to run the service, honor the purchase, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Your requests
If you want to ask about, update, or delete your information, reply to the latest OpenClaw Rigs email you received. If we must keep a record for legal, tax, fraud, or bookkeeping reasons, we will say so.
